• “Gentle Chair Yoga” – Wednesdays, 9:30–10:30am
  Focus is on increased balance, strength and flexibility in a supportive group setting. Meditation and deep relaxation at end of each class leaves participants with positive healing energy and uplifted spirits. Dress comfortably.   Join us for a special Kabbalat Shabbat Service hosted by our 4-year-olds’ class Shomrim for young families to welcome the Sabbath with stories and songs, followed by a kid-friendly Shabbat dinner. $25 per family (2 adults & up to 4 children). Additional adults $10 per person. RSVP by Oct. 2 to Kim.

• "Read It & Meet" Book Discussion, approx. 12:00pm
  Join us as we discuss The Song of the Jade Lily by Kristy Manning, with moderator Susan Wortman. Book discussions are held once a month and are open to everyone. We discuss selected books by Jewish authors or with Jewish content, and share our experiences, reactions, and ideas. Moderators facilitate each discussion. For more information, contact Helen.
