Proposed Bylaws Changes:
- Change one of the Vice President positions into a President Elect position. The President Elect will chair the Strategic Planning Committee.
- Emphasize that the Governance Committee nominates all trustees on the Board including honorary and life trustees.
The Board of Trustees has endorsed the proposed Bylaws amendments. A copy of the proposed amended Bylaws is available in the Synagogue office, or can be transmitted via e-mail upon request.
