• “Gentle Chair Yoga” – Wednesdays, 9:30–10:30am
  Focus is on increased balance, strength and flexibility in a supportive group setting. Meditation and deep relaxation at end of each class leaves participants with positive healing energy and uplifted spirits. Dress comfortably.   Informal and lively study discussion led by Rabbi Robert Eisen. (Occasionally lay-led.) Open to all. No charge to attend.​

• "Read It & Meet" Book Discussion, approx. 12:00pm
  Join us as we discuss My Mother’s Son by David Hirshberg, with moderator Phyllis Broad. Book discussions are held once a month and are open to everyone. We discuss selected books by Jewish authors or with Jewish content, and share our experiences, reactions, and ideas. Moderators facilitate each discussion. For more information, contact Helen.

• Blood Donor Drive with the American Red Cross, 9am – 2pm
  Every two seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood. Receive a free long-sleeve Red Cross t-shirt when you donate (while supplies last). We welcome donors ages 16+ and, of course, volunteers.
