Monday, September 5 Labor Day

Tuesday, September 6

  • Religious School, 4:00pm

  • Hebrew H.S., 5:00pm

  • Talmud on Tuesday, 6:00pm
    The Talmud is an extensive compilation of teachings and opinions of thousands of rabbis over the centuries, covering matters of Jewish law, ethics, philosophy, history, customs, and more. We are currently studying Tractate Megillah. Learn about the law and lore in the Talmud with Rabbi Robert Eisen as we dig deep into living Judaism.

Wednesday, September 7

  • "Gentle Chair Yoga" – Wednesdays, 9:30-10:30am
    Focus is on increased balance, strength and flexibility in a supportive group setting. Meditation and deep relaxation at end of each class leaves participants with positive healing energy and uplifted spirits. Dress comfortably.   • Weekday Torah Study Group, 11:00am
    Informal and lively study discussion led by Rabbi Robert Eisen. (Occasionally lay-led.) Open to all. No charge to attend.
  • Senior USY, 6:00pm

  • Preschool/Kindergarten Open House, 7:00 pm
    Parents with children currently enrolled in the school meet with the Parent Action Committee & teachers to go over the curriculum. PLEASE NOTE: Kindergarten curriculum will be rescheduled.

  • Adult Education Kollel (Class): “Finding Our Way into the New Year” – Wednesdays, Sept. 7, 14 & 21, 7:00-8:30pm

    September 21: Cantorial Soloist Nichole Chorny presents “Nusah: The Melody Which Gives Meaning”
