Monday, July 4 U.S. Independence Day

  • Administrative Office Closed in observance of Independence Day. No Summer Camp, Mah Jongg or B’nai Mitzvah Class.

Tuesday, July 5

  • Talmud on Tuesday, 6:00pm
    The Talmud is an extensive compilation of teachings and opinions of thousands of rabbis over the centuries, covering matters of Jewish law, ethics, philosophy, history, customs, and more. We are currently studying Tractate Megillah. Learn about the law and lore in the Talmud with Rabbi Robert Eisen as we dig deep into living Judaism. 

Wednesday, July 6

  • "Gentle Chair Yoga" – Wednesdays, 9:30-10:30am (NOT HELD July 6 & 13)
    Focus is on increased balance, strength and flexibility in a supportive group setting. Meditation and deep relaxation at end of each class leaves participants with positive healing energy and uplifted spirits. Dress comfortably.   • Weekday Torah Study Group, 11:00am
    Informal and lively study discussion open to all. No charge to attend.

Saturday, July 9

  • "Summer Shul," Saturdays thru August 6, 9:00am
    A more intimate Shabbat Service held in the Rabbi Breger Hall instead of the sanctuary to enable us to set a different mood and to find our worship strengthened by our togetherness.

  • Shabbat Afternoon Torah Study, 5:30pm
    Open to all, this is an opportunity to become more involved in “living Judaism.” Lay-led. No charge to attend. Torah Portion: Korah
