For nearly a century, Congregation Anshei Israel has been at the heart of Jewish life in Tucson. As the only Conservative synagogue in Southern Arizona, we provide a welcoming, egalitarian home where Jewish traditions are celebrated and strengthened. Today, our responsibility is not simply to preserve that legacy, but to ensure it continues to thrive for generations.
From welcoming newborns, to celebrating B’nai Mitzvot, weddings, holidays, and lives well lived, Congregation Anshei Israel accompanies individuals and families through every stage of life. We build community through meaningful worship, lifelong learning, cultural experiences, social connections, and opportunities to repair our world through tikkun olam.
