Monday, June 4

  • Women's Study Group, 12:00pm
    Rabbi Robert Eisen leads these monthly group sessions using The Five Books of Miriam: A Woman’s Commentary on the Torah as the core for discussion. Topics can be interesting, insightful & inspiring. No charge to attend. Bring your own dairy lunch; beverages & dessert provided.

Tuesday, June 5

  • Talmud on Tuesday, 6:00pm NOT HELD June 5 & 12; resumes June 19
    The Talmud is an extensive compilation of teachings and opinions of thousands of rabbis over the centuries, covering matters of Jewish law, ethics, philosophy, history, customs, and more. We are currently studying Tractate Shabbat. Learn about the law and lore in the Talmud with Rabbi Robert Eisen as we dig deep into living Judaism. Open to all. No charge to attend.

Wednesday, June 6

  • “Gentle Chair Yoga” – Wednesdays, 9:30–10:30am
    Focus is on increased balance, strength and flexibility in a supportive group setting. Meditation and deep relaxation at end of each class leaves participants with positive healing energy and uplifted spirits. Dress comfortably. Members of Women’s League: $6 per class; non-members $8 per class. For more information, contact Evelyn.

  • Weekday Torah Study Group, 11:00am
    Informal and lively study discussion led by Rabbi Robert Eisen. (Occasionally lay-led.) Open to all. No charge to attend.

Saturday, June 9

  • Summer Shul – Saturdays, thru July 28, 9:00am
    A more intimate Shabbat Service held in the Rabbi Breger Hall instead of the sanctuary to enable us to set a different mood and to find our worship strengthened by our togetherness.
  • Shabbat Afternoon Torah Study, 5:30pm
    Open to all, this is an opportunity to become more involved in “living Judaism.” Lay-led. No charge to attend. Torah Portion: Shelah lekha

Sunday, June 10

  • Summer Film Series, Sundays thru July 8, now on Sunday afternoons! (times vary)
    Enjoy popcorn and lemonade as we share a few, cool moments in the shadow of each others’ presence. Bring your family… bring your friends. It’s all free!
