Board of Trustees Announcement re: Barb Neuman Gould

Barb (Neuman) Gould, CAI’s long standing Congregational Services Director, has advised the Board of Trustees of her desire to complete her CAI career effective May 11, 2016. She will be moving to Phoenix allowing her to finally spend full time with her husband, John.

Barb has been an absolute hinge pin in the synagogue’s administrative operations, as well as the “Face of CAI” for its membership. Barb started with CAI in excess of 17 years ago, first as the receptionist and then expanding into her current role. Her wonderful abilities in planning and executing the logistics of major events along with a real eye for detail have made Barb invaluable to the synagogue’s operations.

The staff, Human Resources Committee and Board of Trustees are crafting an interim plan along with establishing the go-forward structure for covering Barb’s responsibilities and scope of work; we will advise congregants shortly of these plans.

A sincere and hearty TODAH RABAH and YASHER KOACH to Barb along with a fond L’HITRAOT as she begins this next chapter in her life.

Phil Pepper, CAI President
